Strategic Planning

Description: The Strategic Planning assignment offered an opportunity to delve into Calvert Library's mission, vision, and strategic plan. Rather than examining these components in isolation, the assignment looked at them in connection with Calvert County's demographics. Additionally, it explored the idea of adapting New York Public Library's "Teen Banned Book Club" to create a similar program for Calvert Library.
